Pattern features swimming sea turtles and speckled sand on a background of white.  This platter is 14 inches across and 1 inch tall.  The rim is 2 inch wide with a moderate taper.  The mderate tapered rim allows for mounding or stacking of food or small amount of pooling liquids.  Inner flat surface is 9in x 10in for a larger flat inner surface see Vietri's Round Sea Turtle Platter.
